A flame detector sensor is designed to quickly (a few tens of milliseconds) alert any fire output via analog (4-20 mA), digital (RS485 communication, Modbus or Hart) or simple dry contacts (relay)\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>. The most efficient flame detectors usually have several sensors (UV, UV\/IR, IR3 or IR4).\u00a0<\/span><span>Like a fixed gas detector, an optical flame detector is usually a\u00a0<\/span><span>gas control<\/span><span>\u00a0It works in conjunction with the unit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Most of our optical flame detectors\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>SIL2<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0It is approved. It produces an output signal based on radiation and compares it to an accurately calculated reference.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>IR flame detector<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0\u2013 consists of an IR sensor sensitive to CO2 released as a result of fire.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>UV IR flame detector<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0\u2013 consists of a UV-sensitive sensor combined with an IR sensor for the detection of hydrocarbons, hydrogen and metal flames with a high-speed response time (&lt;150 ms). It requires the simultaneous response of both sensitive units.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>IR3 flame detector<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0\u2013 three pyro-electric sensors detect IR radiations associated with different emission peaks.
